You can update your information, including email preferences, billing information, and password by logging into your account.

• There, you can check the email notification settings that apply. We suggest enabling ALL the notifications for all the updates.

All content is accessible at your own pace however, we will encourage you to keep up with the cohort as you will be paired with a coaching ‘triad’, and if you aren’t working at a similar pace through the program, it will make it difficult for the group.

There is tremendous support for this program. In addition to a 24/7 cohort community page, coaches will meet online with Dr. Shefali once a week for a group coaching call.

They will also be put into a “smaller group” with their designated advisors for additional support. 

While every student learns differently, the average time you can expect to invest is 7 to 10 hours a week.

Although the program is 20 weeks, you will have access to it for a total of 27 weeks.

In the middle of the 20 weeks, you get a 3 x one (1) week break to catch up or rest, and then four (4) more weeks after the 20-week classes to catch up again. It is not lifetime access like Dr. Shefali’s other courses because this is training; you have access while the cohort is active, like in college, there is no lifetime access.

You are your own boss! While you have been trained by Dr. Shefali’s institute and can state this on your website and card, you are not an employee of her institute. Once you graduate from the institute, you are free to set up your own practice and handle its responsibilities as you desire. Dr. Shefali has an alumni program for graduates to receive continued coaching and entrepreneurial support.

While you are NOT required to carry insurance as a coach when providing a service to others it is always best to protect yourself from any legal action. We recommend consulting with your preferred insurance carrier and/or legal counsel for further recommendations regarding liability insurance.

You can “test” the program for two weeks without any consequence. You can submit a request for a full refund during this two-week period ONLY.

The deadline to apply for a refund is indicated in your signed agreement. 

At this time, there are no scholarships available. You can send in your request for one to our office at: [email protected] and we can hold it in place in case scholarships become available at a later date.

Just like with all entrepreneurship endeavors, nothing is a guarantee. Setting up a practice requires a set of skills, including hard work, persistence, creativity, and networking. We will train you in some of these through our ‘set-up shop’ option which you can purchase upon graduation. However, please note that setting up a successful career takes time and patience. Many of our coaches have been able to create fulfilling careers for themselves over time.
