Pre-Learning — 2 weeks
Before the certification begins, you’ll complete a required pre-course: The Conscious Parenting 2.0 (Level 1 and 2).
This is a mandatory prerequisite to join the full certification program.
This course gives you the foundational understanding of Dr. Shefali’s conscious parenting philosophy. It’s designed to prepare your mindset, ground you in core concepts, and set the stage for your transformation.

- Breaking Down – Understanding the Root: In this first phase, you'll develop awareness of emotional pain points, explore your family history, and recognize how you've unconsciously shaped your patterns. This is where the journey of conscious awakening begins.

Case Consultation — 4 weeks
This is your opportunity to put your learning into action. During this 4-week practicum, you’ll enter a supportive “laboratory” environment where you’ll begin practicing as a coach.
You’ll be paired with fellow students to engage in live coaching sessions, give and receive real-time feedback, and gain the confidence that comes from hands-on experience. This is where theory becomes practice—and where you begin stepping into your role as a conscious coach.
